I am an athletic trainer and a licensed sports massage therapist. I have worked with high school, collegiate, Elite, Olympic & World class athletes.

My great aunt Mickey Montgomery Breitenstein founded Germantown Baseball in 1952. Field #1 is named after her. She was also instrumental in founding St. Matthews Little League with Charles Siegel as well as Portland Little League.

We specialize in the treatment of athletes of all ages in regard to their training, injuries and recovery issues.

We provide stretching for arms, treat sore muscles and just make you feel better after a long game.
